Materials/Components The fabric we use are 100% polyester, such as 75D,100D, 150D, 300D, knitted polyester 115-135gsm, Mesh polyester 120gsm,160gsm spun polyester, silk satin, royal satin, Oxford, nonwoven, cotton, felt etc.
Machinery/Production Process We make flag scarf by printing machines, including steaming, washing and drying machines. And we sew flag scarf by our double stitching machines.
QC/Technical Support Staff members of the QC Department are all experienced in textile, and they analyze reasons for product defects and give advice to our production department promptly.

Since 1999, NOVELTYFLAG have been engaged in flags, banners, flagpole, display, signs, tablecloth, tents,canopy tents and series of accessories. We are very pround to say that we are supplying flags all over the world. We use the latest printing technology for silk screen printing and dye sublimation printing. Our workers are very skilled in the flag industry. A lot of them have been making flags for over 20 years.
Our production:
We have four 50meters auto screen printing machine line, 8 silkscreen printing table lines, 35 digital printing machines and over 210 staff members to work on your requests. We use advanced silk-screen printing techniques, heat transferring and digital printing to make flags good-looking. Bring us your designs, and your samples will be ready in just 7 days, and your delivery will be ready within 7 days.

Our products include flag scarf, retractable banner national & state flags, history flags, navigation flags, car flags, hand flags, desk flags, company logo and emblem flags, all kinds of beach flag with pole.
