Q: Which file format for printing is suitable ?
A: It would be better to be 300 DPI, the file format can be TIFF, JPG, PDF, PSD etc.
Q: Can we label logo on the pattern or place a tag each ?
A: Yes, the service is available.
Q: Which package do you prepare for the product ?
A: By default, just one primary pp bag for each scarf and we offer specific packaging service as you require.
Q: How do you prepare freight for finished order ?
A: The available delivering choice can be FedEx, TNT, UPS, DHL, air freight and by sea.
Q: All your product are environmentally friendly, right ?
A: Yes, you are right. We can offer the certification documentations if needed.
Q: So, what is your minimum quantity for order ?
A: We don't have high requirement on digital printing, even 10 pcs can be available. For screen printing, it would be at least 100 pcs. We want to mention that large quantity order has advantage on total price.
